Licensed in 1988 and new to Mississauga, Stephen quickly drew on his knowledge of the condo market having bought and sold several while working in the fitness industry. Times were tough in the early 90's. Rates were high, prices were falling and the economy wasn’t the best. His Broker told him that this was the best market to learn in. “Once you understood how things work in a down cycle you are prepared for anything”.
Adding his Broker designation in 1993, he was fortunate to speak on several “Top Producer” panels. Happy to share his success with his peers he was able to learn from some of the very best in the business. “Over time the number of homes you sell becomes a distant second to how well you can service your clients needs”. Those satisfied clients are the life blood of any long term success. A referral from a past client remains the highest compliment you can get. Clients, friends & neighbours that pass along our name are trusting you to deliver results. Over the past 5 years, 93% of our business comes from past and referred clients.
But life is not all about Real Estate for Stephen. A cancer survivor, he knows full well that being in and enjoying the moment are oh so important. Coaching minor hockey for various ages and organizations over the past two decades allow him the opportunity to help others enjoy Canada’s great game. Having run the Boston Marathon and completed Ironman Florida along with dozens of other road races and triathlons, he understands about setting goals and reaching out of your comfort zone to make things happen. As the voice of Sun Rype TRiKiDS triathlon series, he cherishes his role as the race announcer for thousands of kids 3-15 year of age. “Calling out their names as they complete their swim, bike and run and hit the finish line feeling like a champ ...well all I can say is you have got to be there. I promise you goose bumps.” He is a proud supporter of KW Cares and happy to be sponsoring, yet again, his favorite local race the Streetsville Bread and Honey 15K,5K & 1K runs.

Striving to deliver the best in customer care with cutting edge digital marketing, organic networking and old fashion hard work Stephen was able to embrace the Team Leader role. As Team Leader his focus is to help agents develop their business to achieve efficiencies that will allow them to reach new heights. The future is very exciting indeed.
